3. Concept Design
- Create initial design concepts
- Present design concepts to the client for approval
4. Detailed Design
- Develop detailed drawings, material lists
- Choose materials, finishes, and furniture
5. Construction
Execute construction works including demolition, finishing carpentry, MEP works and others
6. Final Inspection & Handover
Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything is in order and meets the client’s expectations.
7. Post Construction Supports
Provide ongoing support and guidance to Client during defect notification period
